IT Support Executive
Qualification:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
Year of Experience:
1 – 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support to end users
- Maintain and provide on-going support for the information system hardware, operation system, server backup, CCTV, antivirus, email, firewall, networking and database to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Responsible for all documentations related to software and hardware, upgrade plan and proposal.
- Document all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of guidance and training.
Job Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Provide good customer services with initiative working attitude.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- With pro-active attitude, hardworking, Integrity and have related experience will be an added advantage.
